Lily Lei

Ms. Lei, currently the director of Infinity Capital’s Investment Strategy Committee, is mainly responsible for the project investment decision-making, risk control management and legal affairs. Prior to joining Infinity Capital, Ms. Lei had worked at Grandall Law Firm, Meijia Group, King & Wood Mallesons, ZD Capital, Guangdong Guangsheng Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd., and has accumulated extensive experience in investing, mergers and acquisitions, fund establishment and operations, corporate listing, PE/VC transactions and other fields.

Ms. Lei obtained dual bachelor's degrees in law and finance from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and a master's degree in law from Sun Yat-sen University.
