Shenzhen Foreign Economic and Trade Statistics Association was established in 1994, and the managing authority is Shenzhen Economic and Trade and Information Technology Committee. SSFET has always adhered to the brand-new social organization operation concept of "basing itself on Shenzhen, serving the government and enterprises, professional operation and linking the world". It is committed to building a "high-end think tank" type of social organization facing the world. It insists on linking the bridges and ties between the government and enterprises as the core of its work, and sets up an influential policy and economic professional service trading platform for small and medium-sized enterprises as the principle. It strives to build itself into a leading social public welfare organization in terms of professional knowledge, analytics ability, consultation and decision-making. By the end of 2017, SSFET had undertaken nearly 100 government projects and assisted government departments in carrying out statistical and research work involving 10 districts including Shenzhen City, Futian District, Nanshan District, Bao 'an District, Longgang District, Longhua District, Dapeng District and Qianhai District. They actively build an investment roadshow platform to hold hundreds of roadshows, the financing docking rate is 100%, and the success rate is over 35%. Overall, they have hosted hundreds of conferences and events; hundreds of conferences and events were hosted; nearly 500 enterprises and professional institutions at home and abroad were visited and received; and tens of thousands of enterprises were serviced.
